jetace ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to safeguarding the privacy of every person who visits or registers on the jetace platform at jetace.net (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy sets out, in clear and accessible terms, how we handle the personal data of our players and website visitors, including those based in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and across Bangladesh.

jetace does not collect or store full payment card numbers. Where card payments are processed, all card data handling is managed by PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processors, and jetace retains only masked card references (last four digits and card type) for transaction record-keeping purposes.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, jetace takes reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data to a standard equivalent to that applied within our primary operational jurisdiction.

Safeguards may include contractual clauses imposing data protection obligations on the receiving party, technical security measures such as encryption in transit and at rest, and access controls that limit who within a third-party organisation can access your data.

jetace retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, as described in this policy, and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. The retention periods set out below represent our standard approach:

Once the applicable retention period has expired and no other legal basis exists for continued storage, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised in a manner that prevents reconstruction of the original data. Anonymised data that can no longer be linked to you as an individual is not subject to this policy and may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.
